British satellite firm Global Invacom Group to list on Aim in addition to Singapore
A Singapore-listed British satellite company has announced a secondary listing on Aim, with shares expected to start trading two weeks from today.
Global Invacom Group, a long-term supplier to BSkyB, is hoping to raise between $10m and $15m (£5.9m to £8.8m) with the listing, to fund further growth.
The company has nominated FinnCap as its advisor and broker, with Mirabaud acting as joint broker. Shares in the company are currently trading at 0.48 Singapore dollars in Singapore, with a valuation of approximately $110m.
The group, which manufactures and supplies satellite and television peripheral equipment, was founded by Roger and Helen Pannell in the garage of their family home in 1985.
It now has manufacturing bases in the UK, Malaysia and China, employing around 200 people in the UK. The company’s fibre products have been used in the London Stock Exchange itself.
