Female cyclist taken to hospital after colliding with a van in Bank junction
A female cyclist has been taken to hospital after she collided with a van at Bank junction.
The incident is thought to have occurred during the mid-morning. Emergency services including City of London Police and the London Ambulance were called to the scene.
The extent of her injuries are not yet known.
The west side of the junction was closed following the incident, and motorists are being advised to approach the area with care. Queen Victoria Street and Poultry were also closed westbound.

The woman, who was later named as PwC employee Ying Tao was just 26. Her death prompted two protests highlighting how dangerous the junction was for cyclists.
