Pizza Hut has launched a “playable” DJ pizza box
In all its pepperoni wisdom, Pizza Hut has delivered us the packaging that no one asked it to by creating the world's first playable DJ pizza box.
Only available in the UK for now, the limited edition cardboard pizza box will serve up some choons along with food and will be distributed at select restaurants this summer.
Created by printed electronics specialist Novalia, the box has a DJ setup printed in conductive ink and includes two decks (to be used once the box is empty, we should add), pitch control, volume control and crossfader.

The box, which is battery powered, syncs with your computer or phone via Bluetooth and can connect to any DJ software compatible with MIDI, such as Serato DJ.
After you've finished your meal at home, you can scratch and rewind tracks to your heart's content.
Pizza Hut has previously tried to win back the Nando's generation by serving cocktails, maybe this new offering will make the perfect summer barbecue soundtrack?
Regardless, move over, Stomp. There's a new way to make music with everyday objects in town.
