CMS Cameron outsources back office in £583m deal
CITY law firm CMS Cameron McKenna is to outsource its entire support services function after signing a £583m deal with Integreon.
The radical move is expected to generate a future model for law firms, which already outsource some back office functions, and will generate up to 15 per cent costs savings for Camerons.
Under the 10-year agreement, the firm’s 200-support staff network will transfer over to Integreon, which will take out a floor of Cameron’s London headquarters.
“This ground-breaking move will ensure our lawyers receive a consistently high level of support,” said Tony Wright, Cameron’s director of operations.
