Best of the Brokers for 10 December 2013
SUPERGROUP
Numis retains its hold rating for Supergroup, with a target price of 1,100p, ahead of the firm’s half-year results on Thursday. Analysts said they continue to have concerns over the longevity of the brand in the UK, but it is hard to argue with the consistent like-for-like sales delivery.
DOMINO’S PIZZA
Panmure Gordon has given Domino’s Pizza a double upgrade, from sell to buy and a target price of 553p. Analysts say that shares crashed to an 18-month low on Friday following the resignation of chief Lance Batchelor, but that value does not reflect the firm’s growth forecasts.
BERKELEY GROUP
Beaufort Securities has set a 2,537p target price for Berkeley Group and retained its hold rating following the builder’s half-year results on Friday. Analysts said they are taking a “wait and watch” approach as the central bank is looking to avoid any housing prices bubble.
