Savills

Richard Saunders has been appointed associate director in the real estate adviser’s City office. He has over 10 years’ experience in dilapidations and joins from Malcolm Hollis. Saunders’s previous clients include property companies, investors and corporate occupiers.

Cluff Natural Resources

Andrew Nunn has been appointed chief operating officer at the natural resources investing company. He joined the firm in May 2014 as senior project manager and is promoted to the board with immediate effect. Nunn has also previously held senior positions at Dart Energy.

FiveTen Group

The specialist recruitment consultancy has appointed Mark Carriban as chief executive and Chris Herrmannsen as group chairman. Carriban has over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, and has held senior positions at Michael Page, Bernard Hodes, and Hudson, where he was managing director of the UK wide businesses in legal and human resources recruitment.

Michelmores

The law firm has announced the appointment of Ben Hogan as a partner in its projects team. He joins from Ashfords, and has also previously held roles at DLA Piper and Berwin Leighton Paisner.

Sovereign Capital

The private equity firm has announced two appointments. Trevor Stokes joins as investment manager from Global Leisure Partners, the financial advisory firm, where he was a vice president. Stokes has also held roles at KPMG Corporate Finance. Oliver Hedley-Whyte joins as investment executive from August Equity. He has also held roles in the financial sponsors group at HSBC.

M&G Real Estate

The real estate fund management firm has announced eight appointments. Rupert Milne, Chris Poole, Chris Bonner, Kannika Mall and Kylie Bentham have been appointed asset managers. Milne joins from Cluttons, Poole from Knight Frank, Bonner from Mapeley Estates, Mall from CBRE, and Bentham from Fairacre. Jonny Davies and Chris Jeffs have been appointed investment managers. Davies joins from DTZ and Jeffs from BNP Paribas. Finally, Will Gerrish joins M&G Real Estate as retail development manager from Bouygues Construction.
