The recently launched financial and corporate communications consultancy has announced the appointment of Ginny Pulbrook as partner and head of industrials and support services. She joins from Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where she has worked since co-founding the business in 1988. Pulbrook began her career in corporate finance at NM Rothschild and Bankers Trust.
Charles Hopkinson-Woolley has been appointed head of alternatives and product at the asset management firm. He joins from Tyrus Capital, and has also held positions at Deephaven Capital Management, Deutsche Bank, and Cazenove.
The structured credit fund manager has announced two appointments. Barry Lucassen joins as a director in its portfolio management team from Aeris Capital AG. Eriko Aron joins as a director in the risk management team from Deutsche Bank, where she worked in its credit risk management group.
The law firm has announced the appointment of Mark Clough QC as senior counsel. He joins from Brodies, where he headed up the EU competition law practice. Clough has also worked as a partner at Addleshaw Goddard and Ashurst, and was previously a member of Brick Court Chambers.
Peter Schwartz has been appointed partner in the law firm’s corporate practice. A high-yield finance lawyer, he joins from Milbank, where he was partner in its global securities team. Schwartz specialises in high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and general securities advice.
Justin Waine has been appointed investment director at the tax-efficient investment provider. He joins from Polar Capital, where he managed a portion of its European Forager Fund. Waine has also previously worked as a sell-side research analyst at Cazenove & Co.

The investment business has announced the appointment of Andy Pomfret to its board as a non-executive director. He was chief executive of Rathbone Brothers until February 2014, and has also held senior positions at Kleinwort Benson.
