Alessandro Bressan has been appointed global head of equity products at the online multi-asset trading and investment specialist. He was most recently at Deutsche Bank, where he was global head of dbIntegrate sales. Bressan has also held roles on Morgan Stanley’s equities electronic trading desk.

The engineering and project management firm has appointed Phil Todd as group managing director, major projects. He joins from Fluor, and is a specialist in railway infrastructure programmes. Todd is a chartered engineer and fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers UK.

The fiduciary manager has announced two senior appointments. Michael Wray joins as senior investment strategist from BlackRock, where he was head of Central Europe, Middle East and Africa LDI and pensions solutions. Paul Doyle joins as a business development analyst from Buck Global Investment Advisors, where he worked as an investment analyst servicing medium-sized pension schemes and as an alternatives research analyst.

The financial services firm has announced two appointments. William Buchanan joins as head of investment banking. He was previously chief executive of Lazard Capital Markets in New York. Graham Powis joins as head of capital markets from Lazard, where he was head of US equity capital markets.

JC Rathbone Associates
Nedal Ramahi has been appointed consultant in the financial risk management consultancy’s property team. He joins from BNP Paribas, where he structured hybrid and subordinated debt. Ramahi has also held credit trading and research positions at UBS and Mitsubishi UFJ.

Caxton FX
Russell Slather has been appointed director of IT and innovation at the foreign exchange and international payments provider. He has previously held roles at T-Mobile and in telco startups.

Kames Capital
The investment management firm has announced the appointment of Kyle Barwell as a business development consultant on its retail sales team. He joins from M&G Investments, where he was an investment sales consultant covering the Midlands and the South West. Barwell has also held roles at Santander Banking Group.
