Robert Murphy has been appointed partner and head of City of London development in the commercial real estate service firm’s London markets team. He joins from CBRE, where he was a senior director in its central London development team.

Fraser D’Arcy has been appointed to the newly-created role of investment director in the property investment firm’s investment management subsidiary. He joins from Threadneedle Investments, where he was an investment surveyor. D’Arcy has also worked at Insight Investment Management and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.

The investment bank has appointed a new mining team. John Prior has been made director in corporate finance, and Matthew Hasson joins as director in mining specialist sales. They both join from Collins Stewart/Canaccord, the investment bank, and have both also worked at Arbuthnot.

Ben Eaton has been made a partner in the law firm’s tax practice. He joins from Allen & Overy, where he was counsel in its tax department. Eaton specialises in tax matters involving investment funds and real estate transactions.

Tina Wishart has been appointed compliance officer at the investment management firm. She joins from Williams de Broë, where she was head of compliance. Wishart has 20 years’ experience in financial services.

Angelos Anastasiou has been appointed to the position of utilities sector analyst at the investment bank. He joins from Williams de Broë/Evolution, where he held a similar role.
