Tyra Banks is the latest celebrity to teach on an MBA programme with her upcoming class at Stanford University
MBAs are officially cool again, as Tyra Banks has become the latest celebrity to jump aboard the professorial band-wagon.
The former host of America's Next Top Model and Emmy Award-winning talk show host will co-teach a class on personal branding at Stanford University next May.
Banks will make her teaching debut for two weeks on the graduate course for 25 students.

She will work with media and entertainment industry veteran Allison Kluger on the class, which will begin with a video project titled "Project You: Building and Extending Your Personal Brand".
"If I see somebody not paying attention, I'm gonna call on them," Banks told the Wall Street Journal.
While May might be a little too soon for you to brush off your GMAT workbook and join Banks, celebrities have turned to professorships more and more over the last few years.

Last year, former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson took up a "long term teaching position" at Harvard's Business School, while in May this year Angelina Jolie joined William Hague in teaching at the London School of Economics on the MSc Women, Peace and Security.
