Client Engagement Manager, eClerx

eClerx is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and relational Client Engagement Manager with a heavy focus on business intelligence/business insights and decision sciences. The Client Engagement Manager will manage the key relationship for primary UK and EMEA clients in the Travel or Retail vertical. This involves leading client engagements and strategy primarily in the areas of Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Experience, Content, CRM campaigns, and Product Data management.

The successful candidate will lead client engagement accounts in the Travel or Retail vertical.  Typical engagements include digital marketing, campaigns management, competitive intelligence, customer and campaign analytics, content operations, pricing analysis, demand forecasting, personalization, and products data management.  Prior experience in Travel or Retail or eCommerce or MRO vertical is preferred, along with substantial experience in client management and engagements, account management, consulting services delivery, business intelligence, data warehousing, or similar business areas. 

Pre Sales Design Engineer, Johnson Controls

The role of Pre Sales Design Engineer involves you designing complex, integrated security systems and system upgrades to meet customer requirements within technical, legal, cost, quality and timescale constraints. You will be responsible for the production of all technical aspects of the tender responses and written customer proposals. Occasionally you will be involved in demonstrating or presenting technology solutions to customers. 

As Design Consultant you will present technical security solutions to customers. You will demonstrate your technical design knowledge during engagement and project planning. A key part of your role is to ensure customer satisfaction through reviewing and interpreting customer requirements, and delivery of complex sales proposals.

You will handle ambiguity well, make decisions and effectively manage change. You will be an expert in taking on new technology. You will have excellent communication skills within a commercial security environment. You will be able to manage multiple competing priorities because of your excellent planning and organization skills. You also understand that internal and external collaboration drives improvement and best practice.

Systems Engineering Director – Prisma Cloud EMEA, Palo Alto Networks

As the Systems Engineer Director for Prisma Cloud, you are the technical leader for the Prisma Enterprise Systems Engineering team in EMEA reporting to the WW VIce president of Prisma Cloud Systems Engineering. The Prisma Cloud Systems Engineering team are the go-to technical experts assisting the sales team in generating growth. You will work closely with the EMEA Sales Vice President for Prisma Cloud and, along with your team, build relationships with your customers with the goal of helping them simplify and improve security outcomes in their journey to the cloud. Your guidance, expertise, and mentorship of your teams of SEs will keep them ahead of the latest in Cloud Native Security and at the leading edge of prevention and detection in Cloud Native environments.

They are looking for a leader to develop the sales teams, providing training and technical support as a product expert. Additionally, you will provide feedback to the product management team on new feature requests and product improvements based on what you learn from your customer base. Your team, in partnership with the sales account managers, will displace competitor technologies and build market share within your targeted list, and most importantly, help your client sleep at night as they use products to secure their public cloud infrastructure and workloads.
