Should quotas be imposed to appoint women to boards?

No, I don’t believe they should be. As a matter of principle I think board members should be decided based on their merit and skill.

It’s a tricky question. You want to see women all the way at the top but ideally they need to earn the right to be there through merit.

It’s a good thing to a certain degree. Historically boards have been dominated by men, so it would be good to see some female faces in power. It’s positive to highlight that.
