Rise in G4S first quarter revenue
SECURITY services firm G4S yesterday posted a rise in overall revenues for the first-quarter and said it expected its organic growth to improve after recent contract wins.
G4S, which provides cash transportation services, facilities management and security and protection around the world, said overall revenues grew at 4.7 per cent at constant exchange rates, with organic growth up four per cent.
The company said profit for the first three months to 31 March was above 2010 levels but overall margins were slightly lower.
