Putting on a fresh face for solid results
British Airways-owner International Airline Group (IAG) reported a €25m (£18m) operating profit for the first quarter. The collection of airlines, which includes Iberia, saw revenues rise by 12 per cent to €4.7bn, a 3.2 per cent rise when adjusting for currency fluctuations. Rival airline group KLM-Air France had revenues of €5.7bn for the period.
