OUT OF OFFICE
MUSEUM OF LONDON
Right here in the City and free, the Museum of London is a treasure trove of artefacts and curios, and its Galleries of Modern London, documenting the city’s development from the Great Fire of London in 1666 onwards, are now open after a £20m redevelopment. Displays include reconstructed versions of a Georgian pleasure garden and a debtors’ prison, an Art Deco lift from Selfriges and a recreation of London’s Victorian streets. 150 London Wall, EC2Y 5HN. www.museumoflondon.org.uk
THE FANTASTICKS
The original off-Broadway production of this 1960 musical about a pair of young lovers ran for a record-breaking 42 years, though it never received much recognition on these shores. That’s set to change with the show’s arrival in the West End at last. Until 4 Sept, Duchess Theatre, WC2. Tickets £20-£49.50 from www.thefantasticks.co.uk
NIKE STADIUMS AT SELFRIDGES
