    ATM operator Bank Machine has launched a network of free cash machines that only dispenses £5 notes. The company has introduced 21 cash machines across Britain following a pilot at two machines in London. The machines dispense 100,000 £5 notes a month.

    Communications firm Creston is selling its advertising agency DLKW Group to the world’s No. 4 ad group Interpublic Group of Cos (IPG) for £28m. For the year ended 31 March, headline pre-tax profit was £13.8m, compared with £14.2m in the year-ago period.

    Online retail is expected to defy general sluggish growth for the overall retail sector, according to a survey. The PayPal Online Retail Report, undertaken by Experian, predicts the internet retail sector to grow by £8bn, a leap of 36 per cent to £30.6bn, by the end of 2012.
