  • BC Partners in $3.1bn deal

    Private equity firms BC Partners and Silver Lake Partners are set to buy US healthcare services firm MultiPlan from two other buyout shops, the companies announced, in a deal worth about $3.1bn (£2.1bn) They are buying it from rival buyout firms Carlyle Group and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe.
