Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking

Oliver Knight has been appointed head of the bank’s group and public sector team and head of regulatory response. He joins from Accenture, where his experience included four years working in its financial services strategy practice.

Deutsche Bank

Elizabeth Nolan has been appointed head of custody and clearing at the bank. She joins from JP Morgan, where she most recently headed client services and client onboarding globally for markets and investor services. Nolan has also held senior roles at Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Chase Manhattan and Barclays.

BNP Paribas Real Estate

The property adviser has announced the appointment of Tom Bolland and Johnny Dunford to its London-based corporate real estate team. Bolland joins as senior director from Colliers International in Hong Kong. He has also previously held roles at Jones Lang LaSalle. Dunford joins as a director from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, where he was global commercial property director.

Morgan Stanley Investment Management

Jens Nystedt has been appointed managing director in the investment management firm’s emerging markets debt team. He joins from Moore Capital Management, where he was chief economist, global strategist and portfolio manager. Nystedt has also held roles at GLG Partners, the IMF and Deutsche Bank.


The professional services firm has announced three appointments to its cyber security business. Lawrence Munro joins from Nebulas Solutions Group. Rob McElvanney joins from IRM, the information security consultancy. Steve Bates also joins from IRM.


Chris Nicholls has been appointed partner in Deloitte’s equity capital markets team. He joins from JP Morgan Cazenove, where he was an executive director. Nicholls has previously held senior roles at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and Lehman Brothers.

Sanditon Asset Management

Guy Hill has been appointed senior investment director at the asset management firm. He will work on its European investment team, and joins from Helvea, where he headed up the Swiss equities team in London. Hill has also previously held roles at Swiss Bank Corporation and Montagu Loebl Stanley.
