London residents are less happy with their energy supplier than people in any other region in UK
Customers in London are least likely to be happy with their energy supplier, according to a study out today.
In the capital, less than a third (30 per cent) of consumers said they were very happy with their energy and gas supplier.
This compares to Wales where 60 per cent of customers said they were very happy with their service.

The findings were revealed by consumer watchdog Which?, who surveyed 8,000 people across the UK to put the research together.
In London, almost half (44 per cent) of people said they were likely to switch supplier, although this wasn’t as high as in Yorkshire and Humber where the figure was 60 per cent.
Renters were found to be far less likely to switch suppliers, as those 42 per cent of tenants said they would consider changing compared to 61 per cent of homeowners.
Overall, only a third (36 per cent) of customers said they were happy with their supplier.
“With only a third of energy customers very satisfied with their provider, suppliers should be doing more to give their customers a fair deal and good customer service,” said Alex Neill, managing director of Which? Home Products and Services.
“With a number of the big energy companies pumping up their prices in the recent weeks, energy customers should look to switch suppliers wherever they are in the country. Whether a homeowner or a tenant, by switching people could potentially save up to £398 a year.”
