Office Manager/ PA with Receptionist Responsibilities

Location: City A.M. Offices, London

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday

City A.M. is looking for a proactive, friendly individual to join the Admin/HR and Finance team of 3.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties include:

  • PA support to the Managing Director and Editor including diary management, restaurant and travel bookings
  • Office management, including ordering stationary, couriers and arranging ad hoc repairs as needed
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, keeping reception tidy
  • Answering switchboard calls
  • Ad hoc admin support for Sales and Finance

We are a small team so an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to muck in as needed. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
