Eat sandwich chain owner Penta Capital is in early stage talks with a single party to sell at least part of the business, which provides a popular eating spot for City workers. The chain, which was set up 14 years ago by Niall and Faith MacArthur then sold to Penta, now has more than 100 outlets.
