*Southern runway reopened
*London Fire Brigade says fire extinguished and passengers safe
Two runways were shut at Heathrow after the emergency landing of a British Airways aircraft. The London Fire Brigade announced that the fire had been put out and all passengers have been safely evacuated, seeing the southern runway reopen.
A Heathrow spokesperson has told CNBC that the plane was grounded after they noticed debris falling off of it.
