Markets panicked by Cyprus contagion risks

While markets had seemed to pick up following a bailout deal, indices are now down across the board. Comments by Jeroen Dijsselbloem saw the euro plummet and it's now at a six week low.

Dijsselbloem indicated that the Cyprus bank restructuring could be the template for the rest of the Eurozone.
