Greek finance minister remains absurdly optimistic, saying that the country has recovered competitiveness

Greek finance minister Yannis Stournaras has said that implementing the Greek program is not easy, but that the country has recovered lost competitiveness.

The bizarrely optimistic outlook doesn't tally with the outlook for Greece, where 3.6m are unemployed and while growth is expected to return next year, predictions of an exit from recession are now becoming very repetitive.
