Eurozone unemployment has hit a record rate of 12.2 per cent in April, taking the total unemployed to 19.375m. The rise from 12.1 per cent was in line with forecasts.
Consumer price inflation was up slightly from 1.2 per cent to 1.4 per cent, as predicted.
