Bank of England open to all this Saturday and next as part of the City of London festival

The Bank of England will be open to visitors on Saturday 6 and Saturday 13 July as part of the City of London festival. Museum staff will be conducting 30 minute free tours of areas including, the governor’s office, the garden court (weather permitting), the court room and the committee room.

After the tour, there will be presentations on banknotes in the Bank of England Museum and bank staff will be there to answer questions on gold.

The bank will be open from 0930 to 1700 both days, with last entry at 1600.
