Balfour Beatty professional services arm secures £56m contract in Qatar

International infrastructure group Balfour Beatty’s professional services division Parsons Brinckerhoff has been awarded a £56m contract by the Public Works Authority of Qatar (Ashgal) for pre tender and post tender professional consulting services for the Qatar Expressway programme. The estimated construction cost for the project is over $1bn.
