Zero losses for JPM and BoA

TWO leading US banks have announced that they made net trading gains on every day of the last quarter.

Bank of America and JPMorgan revealed in official filings that their traders finished with a net profit on every single working day during the first three months of 2013.

JPMorgan revealed that on one day it made as much as $200m (£128m) at the end of one day’s trading. BoA said it made more than $100m on six separate days during the period.
