Workspace net asset value soars

London property firm Workspace said yesterday that its net asset value per share rose 13 per cent to £3.48 over the year to 31 March after a strong 12 months that saw both its rent roll and occupancy increase. Chief executive Jamie Hopkins attributed the success to “owning the right properties” in London and having a strong customer base. The office space provider, which counts retailer White Stuff among its clients, said pre-tax profit grew by 58 per cent to £76.4m. Like-for-like rent rose nine per cent to £45.5m.
