John Partridge has been appointed executive chairman of the real estate investment firm. He is the founder and former executive chairman of Cordea Savills. Partridge also previously served as chief executive of the property fund management businesses at Morgan Grenfell and Henderson.

The investment bank has appointed Aksana Pekun as managing director and head of technology in its London office. She joins from Ernst & Young, where she worked in mergers and acquisitions in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector. Pekun also formerly worked as a director at BT.

DLA Piper
Fabrice Armand has been appointed as a partner in the law firm’s finance and projects group. He joins from Clifford Chance, where he was counsel. Armand has also held senior roles at Societe Generale and Credit Agricole, where he was latterly head of capital markets in its legal department.

Simmons & Simmons
Richard Cook has been appointed as a banking partner at the law firm. He joins from SNR Denton, where he was a partner specialising in corporate restructuring, workouts and insolvency. Cook advises on security enforcement and transactions involving distressed companies.

T Rowe Price International
The asset management firm has appointed Mark Atkinson as head of marketing, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He was most recently a managing director and head of marketing, EMEA at AllianceBernstein.

DST Global Solutions
The technology firm has appointed Tim Miller as solutions manager. He joins from SunGard, where he headed up its performance measurement and attribution system for EMEA. Miller has also held senior roles at JP Morgan Asset Management and Morley Fund Management.

Stephenson Harwood
Susan Moore has been appointed partner in the law firm’s banking group. She joins from SNR Denton, where she was a consultant and a partner in its restructuring and insolvency group. Moore specialises in restructuring work.

Clearwater Corporate Finance
The advisory firm has appointed Hari Thatai to the position of deal maker. He joins from Guinness Asset Management, where he worked in the private equity division and focused on renewable energy deals. He also previously worked at National Bank Australia in the UK.
