Linda Amili Clack has been appointed to the position of international banking director and head of Middle East private banking. She was most recently head of Mubarakia Limited Family Office. Amili Clack has over 30 years’ experience in banking, and has also held senior roles at Coutts and the Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait.
Mitch Hopkinson has been appointed to the role of managing partner of the financial consultancy’s UK office. He joins from Towergate Financial, where he was technical director. Hopkinson has also held senior roles at American Express, Midlands HSBC and Barclays Life.
Jayne Newton has been appointed to the role of tax investigations director in the law firm’s litigation and regulatory group. She joins from Lloyds Banking Group, where she was head of operational and employee taxes. Newton has spent the past 21 years at Lloyds, and she has also chaired the British Bankers Association’s tax issues working party.
The wealth division of RBS has appointed Stephen Rees as executive director, head of real estate. He joins from Mosaic, the European property investment firm he founded in 2005. Rees also previously worked as executive director of real estate advisory at UBS Private Banking.

The accountancy and investment management firm has appointed Lindsay Manson to its assurance and business services team as an associate director. She previously worked at KPMG, where she specialised in the financial services sector.
Cathy Braganza has been appointed to the role of senior credit analyst at the asset management firm. She was most recently a distressed analyst at Citigroup. Braganza has over 18 years’ experience in the industry, and has also held roles at Saudi International Bank and AMP Asset Management.
Stuart Forshaw has been appointed as an equity analyst in the research division of the investor relations consultancy. He most recently worked at WH Ireland, and has worked in broking and fund management since 1982. Forshaw has also held roles at Charterhouse Securities and Henry Cooke Lumsden.
