Watch out for Marathon yoga

BLUE Cow Yoga, the new yoga centre that has opened up in Moorgate, will be hosting “Marathon Mondays” in the run-up to the big event on 22 April.

Anyone running The London Marathon for charity can enjoy a complimentary yoga class, which focuses on stretching and strengthening the knees and hips. The Monday before the marathon there will also be a nutritionist coming in to help plan what to eat before the event, and Blue Cow will turn into a marathon recovery drop-in centre on the Monday afterwards. This week’s Marathon Monday will take place on Tuesday because of the Easter break.
