Unite fund lifted by reservations

Unite yesterday posted a rise in the net asset value (NAV) of its UK Student Accommodation Fund, driven by strong reservations. NAV jumped 2.6 per cent per unit in the second quarter of the year and stood at 94p per share at 30 June. The portfolio, which has 21,673 beds in 19 UK cities, rose 0.8 per cent in value to £1.3bn.
