SilverWind blows into West End as veteran brokers join forces

New West End-based stockbroker SilverWind has opened for trading, with ex-Lite Financial trader Darren Sinden joining its ranks.<br /><br />SilverWind is being led by ex-ODL Securities head of capital markets Andrew Rowland, with the former vice chairman of ABN AMRO Menno de Jager leading the board.<br /><br />It will offer institutional and corporate clients a comprehensive range of broking and advisory services, which will be cleared and settled through a major US investment bank.<br /><br />Sinden, a 25-year City veteran, has joined as SilverWind&rsquo;s senior sales trader.&nbsp; <br /><br />Prior to Lite Financial, he held roles at Teather &amp; Greenwood and Barclays. Sinden said he was pleased to &ldquo;join some old friends and colleagues in this exciting new venture&rdquo;.
