GEORGE Osborne has said that seven government departments have agreed to spending cuts next year, ahead of a spending review scheduled for end of June.

The British chancellor revealed on BBC Breakfast news and ITV’s Daybreak that justice, energy and communities will be making savings but health, schools and foreign aid will not have to make cuts.

Osborne said he has already found 20 per cent of the targeted £11.5bn he is looking to save.
