Revenue edges up at Hydrogen

Recruitment firm Hydrogen saw pre-tax profit slip 14 per cent to £3.2m last year, from £3.7m in 2011, it revealed yesterday. Chief exec Tim Smeaton remained upbeat, however, as revenue climbed seven per cent to £167m. “2012 marked the delivery of our strategy set out in 2008 to transform the business into a global and more diversified recruitment group,” Smeaton said. “We are satisfied with our achievements”.
