Primary Health says in good shape

Primary Health Properties has snapped up two medical centres under construction in Chard, Somerset and Worcester for £6.3m, the group said in an upbeat first quarter management statement. The group said it has marginally grown its annualised rent roll to £39m in the quarter to 15 April, up from £38.9m at 31 December. Property yields remained stable at 5.72 per cent, thanks to continued demand from property investors for its assets while occupancy rate remained high at 99.7 per cent.
