M&S BANK, the joint venture between Marks & Spencer and HSBC, shored up its board yesterday with two fresh faces.
It follows the surprise resignation of ex-Co-op boss Neville Richardson on Tuesday.
HSBC non-executive directors Dame Denise Holt and Peter Shawyer will join as independent non-execs on the M&S financial services board. Richardson quit after criticism about his suitability for the board role.
