LONDON’S CURIOUS HOLD ON ITS RESIDENTS

DESPITE three-quarters of Londoners thinking that rental and house prices in the capital represent bad value for money, a majority of the city’s residents would be loathe to relocate. According to a YouGov survey, 74 per cent of renters and 68 per cent of homeowners do not agree that their living arrangements are good value. But 52 per cent and 54 per cent respectively agreed that at the moment, they wouldn’t want to live elsewhere in the UK.
