KKR arm adds 9pc to income

LISTED investment giant KKR Financial Holdings last night revealed a nine per cent increase in net income for last year.

The company – a branch of private equity giant KKR – said revenues for the full year 2012 ticked upwards to reach $555.5m (£481.8m), up from $542m in the previous year.

Subsequent net income for the full year hit $348.2m, up nine per cent from $318.1m, or $1.75 per share in 2011. Quarterly revenues ending December fell however.
