Kennedy quits Toulon for Quins

RUGBY UNION: Lock Nick Kennedy is aiming to win back his England place after turning his back on Toulon and returning to the Aviva Premiership with Harlequins. The 31-year-old initially failed to settle in France, following 11 years at London Irish, but ended his campaign with a Heineken Cup winners’ medal and now wants to add to his seven international caps. Quins boss Conor O’Shea said: “His ambition is pretty clear: he wants to win the Premiership and force his way back into the England squad ahead of the Rugby World Cup in 2015.”
