HTC suffers worst month in years

Taiwanese mobile phone manufacturer HTC has seen its worst monthly results in three years, with February sales falling 44 per cent year on year. Although the company’s dip in sales could be attributed to consumers waiting for the recent launch of its high-end HTC One, the company has suffered from declining sales for some time. HTC has been hit by the success of Samsung and Apple as well as a resurgent Nokia and Sony.
