Irish club Connacht and Zebre of Italy complete the pool.
Holders Toulon have been drawn with Cardiff Blues, Glasgow Warriors and Exeter, while English champions Leicester will play Ulster, Montpellier and Treviso.
Last season’s runners-up Clermont Auvergne have been drawn alongside Harlequins, Racing Metro and Scarlets.
Premiership runners-up Northampton play Leinster, Ospreys and Castres. Munster, Perpignan, Edinburgh and Gloucester make up the final pool.
In the Amlin Challenge Cup draw, London Wasps will meet Rugby Viadana of Italy, plus French clubs Bayonne and Grenoble.
London Irish will take on Stade Francais, plus I Cavalieri Prato and Olympus Rugby XV, while Sale Sharks meet Biarritz Olympique, Worcester Warriors and Oyonnax.
Bath will take on Newport Gwent Dragons, Bordeaux-Begls and Mogliano Rugby. Newcastle Falcons meet Brive, Cammi Rugby Calvisano and Bucharest Wolves.
