ER JP Morgan investment banker Ian Hannam will be at the High Court this morning to appeal a £450,000 regulatory fine from the Financial Services Authority.

Hannam, a former captain in the Territorial Army, was handed a decision notice by the current regulator’s predecessor in February 2012 for what it maintains was market abuse. Hannam is appealing the decision.

The case will be heard by Mr Justice Warren at 10:30am.
