F1 civil war nears resolution

FORMULA ONE:&nbsp; F1 teams are said to be on the verge of closing in on an agreement to end the power battle with the sport&rsquo;s governing body, the FIA.<br /><br />The two parties have been in dispute over a proposed &pound;40m budget cap which has forced FOTA, the teams&rsquo; umbrella group, to threaten a boycott for 2010.<br /><br />But sources say that while talks are at a &ldquo;delicate stage&rdquo;, both sides are hopeful of reaching an agreement.
