Information services group Experian yesterday agreed to buy Canadian software-as-a-solution provider Decisioning Solutions for an undisclosed sum. Decisioning Solutions will become part of Experian’s credit information and analytics arm, the FTSE 100 firm said in a statement yesterday. The Toronto-based company offers software to collect data that will inform corporate decisions. The purchase was funded from Experian’s existing cash resources. The company has made several acquisitions in the past year including Brazilian data provider Serasa and US campaign management platform Conversen.
