In the IT business we can see things picking up, with a pipeline of work coming through which is better than it has been in last couple of years. We’re still concerned about things like fuel prices though.
We’ve been very busy, and our customers have been very busy. In manufacturing and engineering, clients are saying things are looking up. But small firms still need to be able to borrow more easily.
For the UK economy as a whole, I still don’t predict a positive outcome for at least the next three to five years. But if you’re in the right markets then it’s a different story.
