CITY MOVES WHO'S SWITCHING JOBS

<strong>Neptune Investment Management</strong><br />The fund management boutique has appointed Robert Pickering, the former chief executive of blue-blooded bank JP Morgan Cazenove, to its board of directors.<br /><br />Pickering qualified as a solicitor with Allen &amp; Overy in 1984 and joined Cazenove the following year. He spent a total of 23 years with the firm and was appointed as its first chief executive in 2001, leading its development from a private stockbroking partnership into an investment bank. <br /><br />He retired last year.<br /><br /><strong>CB Richard Ellis </strong><br />The property group has appointed Paul Lloyd to its real estate finance division in London as head of loan and special servicing.<br /><br />Lloyd has over 20 years of experience with Hill Samuel, Sanwa Bank, Morgan Stanley and latterly Deutsche Bank, which he joined in 2005. In that role, he led the bank&rsquo;s commercial mortgage-backed securities European servicing and special servicing platforms.<br /><br />At CBRE, he will report to Philip Cropper, head of the firm&rsquo;s real estate finance division.<br /><br /><strong>Santander Corporate Banking</strong><br />The bank has appointed Tony Alexander, Joe Duane and Michelle Pownall as relationship directors in the East Midlands.<br /><br />Alexander will focus on real estate finance across the region after joining from RBS NatWest.<br /><br />Pownall also joins from RBS NatWest, where she was a relationship director in corporate banking, while Duane has over 20 years experience in the industry, having most recently been a relationship director at Fortis Bank.<br /><br /><strong>RCM</strong><br />The global equity company, part of Allianz Global Investors, has appointed Vipin Ahuja as a senior research analyst to their sustainability research team. <br /><br />Ahuja will be responsible for stock picking and analysis with a focus on clean technology.<br /><br /><strong>Xchanging</strong><br />Paddy Byrne has been appointed as head of the UK region at the global business processing firm.<br /><br />Byrne has been at Xchanging for four years, leading its hosting business. <br /><br />He has previously held senior positions at firms such as Alexander Howdens, QBE and Sphere Drake, and also worked at HM Revenue &amp; Customs as a member of the technology services board.<br /><br /><strong>CapitalSource</strong><br />Commercial lender CapitalSource Inc said its founder and chief executive John Delaney will become executive chairman, effective from 1 January.<br /><br />
