Radford has been a director at DTZ since 2007, when the firm acquired retail property specialist Donaldsons, where he was formerly an equity partner.
The gas giant has taken on Ian Meakins, the chief executive of FTSE 100 building materials group Wolseley, as a new non-executive director.
Meakins has been at Wolseley for just over a year. Prior to that, he held a number of senior positions at Diageo, Travelex and Alliance Unichem.
Centrica chairman Roger Carr said Meakins is “an experienced chief executive with a proven track record” who would add considerable experience to the board in managing businesses with strong brands.
The wealth management firm has hired Patrick Ramsey from Merrill Lynch as head of its operations in Switzerland.
Ramsey was most recently chief executive and general manager for the Swiss operations at Merrill, where he has worked since 2002.
Philippe Sednaoui, Barclays Wealth’s current head in Switzerland, has been appointed as global head of Latin American markets.
