The property company has announced the appointment of Andrew Pratt as UK residential specialist. He joins from CBRE, where he helped develop its residential platform. Prior to that, he was managing director of Grainger’s UK business.

Lombard Odier Investment Managers
The investment management firm has made two new appointments. David Morley, who has joined as head of institutional sales for the UK and Nordics, was most recently head of institutional sales for the UK, Nordics and Middle East at Henderson Global Investors. Dominick Peasley, who joins as head of third party distribution for the UK and Nordics, was previously head of European third party distribution at Ashmore Group.

JP Morgan
Robert Kalff has joined the financial services firm as managing director for its ultra high net worth private banking team in the UK. He was most recently at Deutsche Bank, where he was head of its private wealth management and corporate finance partnership team. Prior to that, he was head of the client advisory group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Credit Suisse.

Investec Specialist Bank
Grand Davidson has been appointed to the specialist bank’s growth and acquisition finance division. He has previously held senior roles at LGC Finance, Lyceum Capital and Societe Generale.

Jones Lang LaSalle
The real estate services firm has hired Ben Burston as head of UK offices research. He joins from DTZ, where he was most recently head of UK research. Prior to that, he worked for seven years as an economist and policy adviser to the Australian Treasury.

Pinsent Masons
The law firm has appointed Robbie Owen as a partner to head its infrastructure planning and government affairs division. He joins from Bircham Dyson Bell, where he was head of major projects.

Sheffield Haworth
Mike Hammond has joined the executive search firm as group managing director. He was previously executive vice president, global co-head of markets and global head of capital markets at UniCredit.
